General Questions


Q: Where is your clothing made?

A: Our clothing is designed in Las Vegas, Nevada and manufactured Overseas by an extremely prideful company we have partnered with! Using the Highest-Quality materials sourced and Heavy Quality Control, we are able to ensure we can offer the best product at the scale we need.


Q: What materials do you use?

A: We use the Highest-Quality fabrics we can source to ensure comfort, durability, and life of the piece. We do not cheap out on the quality of our clothing, and it's proven through starting from the first touch, wear, and multiple washes! We want you to buy it once for yourself, and to keep a lifetime. 


Q: How do I determine my size?

A: Please refer to our Sizing Charts we provide for each product. It will always be on the product page on the Last Slide for accurate sizing information! If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for guidance!


Ordering & Payment


Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept almost every payment method! Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc. for secure and convenient checkout.


Q: Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

A: We process orders quickly after Drop, but if you need changes, please contact us preferably as soon as possible or within 48hrs of placing your order! With limited stock we will ship in 1-2 days, so this time frame of contact will ensure we can make all changes necessary before shipment!


Q: Do you offer gift cards?

A: Currently we do Not! We are in the process of this, stay tuned :)



Shipping & Delivery


Q: Where do you ship to?

A: We currently ship Domestic (USA) and Internationally (Worldwide)! If you are unsure if we ship to your location, simply enter your address at checkout and to confirm! 


Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Orders will typically ship within 1-2 Months after the Pre-Order window closes. Pre-Orders will ALWAYS be Prioritized to ship once we receive our batch from our manufacturer. After all Pre-Orders ship, only then will Limited Stock be available for sale. Although these will be at a higher price point, they will ship typically within 1-2 business days! Delivery times will also vary by location and Method chosen.

Q: How can I track my order?

A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can also track it on our website using your account login.


Returns & Exchanges


Q: What is your return policy?

A: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. See our full return policy on our page.


Q: How do I start a return or exchange?

A: Contact us at 722brand@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll guide you through the process.


Q: Do you offer free returns?

A: No, return shipping costs are covered by customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. If found defective by our team we will cover the shipping costs.


Product Care


Q: How do I care for my clothing?

A: Follow the care label instructions provided on your garment. We recommend washing Cold and Gentle, Air dry, or Tumble dry on the lowest heat setting to maintain quality! 


Q: Will my clothing shrink after washing?

A: Some natural fabrics may shrink slightly. To minimize this, wash in cold water and air dry.
